Also known as, ‘Feng Shui Kate,’ Kathryn Holt is Team De Jourday’s in-house Feng Shui consultant. Kathryn is an international speaker, consultant and instructor of Feng Shui, and has studied Eastern Philosophy for the past decade.

‘Many people don’t know that Feng Shui is actually a Natural Earth Science. Specifically, it studies how people are affected by their immediate surroundings, for better or worse. In short, different houses are better suited for different individuals and families. Our objective is to find the best match for our clients.’

Feng Shui is just one aspect of analyzing a property. Kathryn also brings expertise in ‘Biolocation.’ This advanced and specialized energy work entails testing for and clearing various energy disturbances including: magnetic fields (ie: electromagnetic radiation), geological fault lines, as well as metaphysical disturbances. ‘Our commitment to our clients, whether they’re buying or selling, is to help them create the healthiest environment possible.’

Kathryn, a native of San Francisco, admits, ‘While growing up I use to visit my Aunt in La Jolla. Even back then I knew it was just a matter of time before I moved down here.’ Kathryn spent a number years as an organizing/design consultant, a background she uses with her Feng Shui and Biolocation knowledge to assist Team De Jourday in staging their listings. Kathryn has traveled, and continues to travel, worldwide to receive specialized training from the world’s leading experts, and she is proficient in both Traditional and Contemporary disciplines of Feng Shui.
